Rx Triluma For Melasma W/ Hydroquinone And Tretinoin

Triluma Cream Fluocinolone Acetonide 0.01%, Hydroquinone 4%, Tretinoin 0.05%. Topical treatment used to reduce the appearance of dark spots associated with moderate-to-severe facial melasma. Contains Hydroquinone USP 4.00% w/w - Tretinoin USP 0.05% Fluocinolone Acetonide IP 0.01% w/w. Triluma Cream is commonly used as a topical medication to reduce hyperpigmentation disorders such as melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and dark spots caused by acne or sun exposure. 

Apply a thin layer of Triluma Cream to the affected areas of the skin once daily in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare provider. 

Avoid applying near the eyes, mouth, or broken skin.  Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Fluocinolone acetonide  treat melasma (dark spots on skin). Hydroquinone is a skin lightening agent. It reduces the amount of a skin pigment (melanin) that causes darkening of skin. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin to renew itself more quickly. Fluocinolone acetonide  blocks the production of prostaglandins that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
