The Pure Mountain chilli oil is made using our cold-pressed canola oil and then it is infused with chillies, a great way to add some spice to your food.
Pure Mountain Canola Oil is grown, cold-pressed and bottled in Kenya – by Kenyans. High in monounsaturated fats & Vitamin E. It is a natural, versatile and healthy oil for you and your family.
Canola is an agricultural plant in the kale family, upon maturity the canola pods are harvested and the seeds are cold-pressed to produce one of the healthiest cooking oils – canola oil.
Cold-pressed canola oil is gently squeezed from the canola seed by crushing it at temperatures below 40C. This process savours the natural properties of the oil which would otherwise be destroyed through heat and chemicals.
Ingredients: Canola Oil and Cayenne Chilli Flakes.
