doesnt get hot enoug

doesnt get hot enough. left liver cooking at max temp for 1hr 30 mins but it didnt cook. should have just topped up the money and bought a known brand

Its a simple knob twist air fryer with an coil filament where heat is generated from with a fan that blows the air to the food... Quite simple but worth the price I bought it for. it picks up very fast by the way and so far satisfied yet to use it and add on to my review. I would have posted photos unfortunately not seeing where I can do that.
