APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Unfasten closure straps.
2. Slip the hand and lower arm under the liner and pull the support up until the wedge-shaped panel in centered over the outside bend of the elbow.
3. The garment label should be at the top of the support
4. Loosely fasten the top strap and then snugly fasten the bottom strap.
5. Then adjust the top strap for comfort.
6. The wrap should fit snug but not uncomfortably tight.

Pain reliever and great supportive
I tried a couple of different models before and after surgery for an elbow dislocation where I tore the tendon and ligament. This one is supportive without feeling overly tight. Good breathability. Holds up well over successive washes.
