To measure the size of your knee support, you need to:

1. Measure the circumference of your thigh, 6 inches above your kneecap. Relax your muscles to have an accurate reading.
2. Measure around your knee joint. Make sure it’s bent 20-30 degrees. Take the center of the kneecap as a point of reference.
3. Measure around your calf.
