This product shuld be made a staple in workouts.They need to do more research to make it better and safer coz it's very effective.I din t feel so tired as unlike when I used protein powders only...and it helped in the weight loss and muscle toning and growth process....that I can guarantee it does...The only issue I found was side effects abit...which I found when I followed instructions wuld fade....which is drink lots of water...I kept peeing all the time in the loading phase.Now it's less but ohh my....it was interesting.i love also that I feel hot all the time which is nice for me coz I used to always feel cold inside and had sore throats.Now sore throats don t come often...once in a long time which is a relief for me.i feel stronger,and less seizure....it s also like a medicine.i don't know how to explain, I just feel stronger and healthier...so txs for putting it in the market.please bring better brands... continue finding a breakthru to make it more marketable...long review ????????☺️????
