Powered for business, the ProDesk 600 G4 Microtower Desktop Computer from HP is a highly expandable system that features flexible connectivity options, strong security, and comprehensive manageability in a chassis designed for the modern workplace. It is powered by a 3.0 GHz Intel Core i5-8350 Six-Core processor that will allow you to run multiple applications simultaneously, and can also be boosted up to 4.6 GHz using Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0. The 8GB of 2666 MHz DDR4 RAM also helps the computer to run multiple applications simultaneously, as well as access frequently used files and programs. The current memory configuration is one 8GB module with an additional three slots available for memory upgrades, making for a total of four 288-pin DIMM slots. Drive Bays

The ProDesk 600 G4 Microtower has one M.2 PCIe x4 2280/2230 SSD slot, one 3.5" drive bay, and one 5.25" drive bay, which can also hold two 2.5" drives.

PCIe Expansion

PCIe peripherals, such as dedicated graphics cards, can be added using the two PCIe 3.0 x16 connectors, one of which is wired as x4, and two PCIe 3.0 x1 connectors.
