Helpful Device

It's a great and helpful Device. The only problem I occasionally have is the ear tip keeps getting out and I have to constantly push it in every now and then. But it has been helpful regardless. The volume part also keeps sliding down a lot on its own esp with my hair...and I thought it comes with a charging port case but just a cable for it. The photo in the slide was a little misleading but small small things.
