Shocked at the results, lots of gunk, smaller bump

Last night after washing my face very thoroughly I decided to put two patches on my forehead and one patch on my nose. After sleeping with the patches on my face, I took them off this morning and I was shocked at the results. The amount of gunk/oil that the patches had pulled out of my forehead and my nose was incredible.
