Lefleuria Peppermint Essential Oil is for aromatherapy use only. Each bottle contains 10ml. For all other uses carefully dilute with a carrier oil e.g. jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond oil. The peppermint plant is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint and is favoured by aromatherapists for its high menthol quantity. Perfect for use in steamers. Peppermint helps promote feelings of calmness. 100% natural. 100% vegan. 100% gluten free. The oil can be used with your favourite aromatherapy diffuser. Diffuser instructions (diffuser not included):

Add water to the fill line of the diffuser.
Add just a few drops of essential oil to the water.
