HOW TO GET THE RIGHT BATTERY

Find the right laptop model, (Method 1):

• Step 1: Press the key, ‘windows’ + ‘R’
• Step 2: Type msinfo32, then click the button ‘ok’
• Step 3: Check ‘System Model’ in the pop up window

Find the right battery model, (Method 2):

• Step 1: Switch off the laptop and unplug the power cable
• Step 2: Remove the back panel with the screwdriver. You should do this careful avoiding any harm to the laptop components.
• Step 3: Disconnect the cable connected to the battery. Then you can check the part number or the model name on battery.

For Optimal battery Use:

• Please install the battery correctly and ensure that the battery interface and the motherboard are firmly connected. Use Skills - If the new battery is not recognized during the initial installation, please reinstall and check if the interface is fully connected.
• If you install the battery and the laptop cannot detect the battery or the battery level cannot be displayed normally, check whether the battery cable was installed properly.
• Discharge the new battery to 5% (not 0%), then charge and cycle 3-4 times to get the new battery a full capacity.
• The important point is to perform a full discharge charge every other month to extend battery life.
• Don't connect adapter for a long time while using the battery. It may damage the battery.
• Avoid artificial shocks, disassembly, crush or puncture. Do not dispose of in fire or water.
• Avoid using the battery in an environment where the temperature is too high or too low.
• Please use the original charger to charge the laptop.
