Installation method:1. Remove the switch tube and power chip or thick film, fix the film block on the heat sink, and power supplies below 60W do not require an additional heat sink.2. Check if the 300V reverse peak absorption circuit is normal and if there is a short circuit in the secondary of the transformer.3. The red wire is connected to the C-pole of the switch tube, and the soldering point (i.e. 300V transformer) field-effect tube is of D-level.4 black wires are connected to the hot ground. (Negative electrode of 300V filter capacitor)5. Green wire connected to 300V (positive pole of 300V filtering capacitor)6. Connect the yellow wire to the four legs of the optocoupler (note: the three legs of the optocoupler should be grounded)7. Connect the white wire to the secondary power supply of the machine (see details in the diagram)
Usage suggestions:After connecting this module, it is recommended to disconnect the load and connect a dummy load to measure the voltage. After checking that there are no errors, you can rest assured to test the machine.
