I don't like it
You should not send a product simply because it looks similar to what the customer ordered. I placed an order for a specific product, but I received a different one instead. Many customers do not have the luxury of waiting for a return or refund. It's essential to cease the practice of testing customers with alternative products to see if they will accept them as replacements.
