you have placed them incorrectly. Remove the device from the base and
place them back again when the blinking stops.

• Not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as OtterBox
defender cases. Cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets,
cards, keys, and pop grips will interfere with charging.

• Does not support charging of iPhone 13 Pro with a case when placed horizontally.

• When used separately, press the button to activate if the portable charger is placed horizontally.

• Not compatible with iPhone 11 Pro Max or earlier models with a magnetic case.

• The battery of 633 Magnetic Wireless Charger does not have a
foldable kickstand. Hence, the charger cannot be used to charge the 622
magnetic battery.
