Wiring steps:
(1) The collection flat cable is connected to each section of the battery to ensure the effective connection of the flat cable.
Make sure that the potential of the flat cable plug end increases or decreases in sequence.
The potential sequence is consistent with that of the socket at the end of the protection board and the potential is one-to-one.
(2) Weld the B-lead of the protection plate to the total negative B of the battery pack.
Ensure that the welding points are firm, reliable and have good electrical conductivity. There is no potential danger such as extrusion and friction in the wiring position. The wiring is smooth and short.
Avoid soldering tin, conductive objects or leads from falling into, sticking to or contacting the protective plate.
(3) Connect the plug of the flat cable with the socket of the protection plate.
First, weld the B lead of the protection plate to the total negative B of the battery pack, and then connect the plug of the flat cable with the socket of the protection plate,
Ensure that the flat cable plug and the socket of the protection plate are connected in place, and no live objects or leads contact the protection plate, and take fixing measures.
(4) B+and c are respectively connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the charging interface.
Ensure that other leads are isolated during welding and wiring to avoid short circuit.
The battery pack voltage tested for the dynamic interface and charging interface is consistent with the battery pack voltage, and the polarity and wiring position are correct.
Note:
:Do a good job of anti-static, waterproof and dustproof when wiring; Avoid the occurrence of impact and extrusion of the protective plate during use.
