poor quality

This perhaps is the first poor quality since i began buying on jumia, The first time to use it it required a formatting before use which i did,after loading it with the data i bought it for going back to my computer later the flash again needs to be formatted before use, that's how i lost my important data The music in wont play and if it does it plays like a scratched disc,i feel so bad
